FNH Equipment

Audiovisual equipment may be obtained from the FNH main office in room 230. For audiovisual equipment, please be sure to familiarize yourself with the equipment rules prior to booking.

We do not accept bookings more than one year in advance.

For amendments to bookings, email patrick.leung@ubc.ca.

Bookings require a valid CWL. Off campus user need to connect to the UBC VPN to access the booking page.

Conferencing Equipment
Conference Phone   Book me!	Conference call phone. This phone does not work with the Voice-over-IP (VOIP) phone system and requires an active analog phone line.
Desktop Phone   Book me!	Desktop phone with a speakerphone function. This works in FNH Building areas with an active internet port.
Tabletop Microphone   Book me!	High quality tabletop microphone with USB connection
Meeting Owl   Book me!	All-in-one 360 degree webcam, microphone, and speaker. Automatically adjusts to the person speaking. Please test and/or ask for assistance from the Learning Centre for the first use.
